The Molesworth Building is a purpose built centrally heated building with large hall, small meeting rooms and catering facilities.

The building is available to hire for training courses, seminars or conferences as well as available to groups who are camping on site as a dining and catering facility.

The Molesworth Building is not available to be used as a pack holiday centre as there are no sleeping facilities but can be used in conjunction with Trefusis bunkhouse for small groups.

Main Hall

Approximately 14m x 12m in size, the hall is suitable for meetings.

There are plenty of stacking chairs and folding tables.

A white board is attached to one wall.

There is access to toilets direct from the hall.

The hall also has an Interactive White board and ceiling mounted modern media projector with speakers. (this facility is available on request only)

Wi-Fi facilities are also available at extra cost.

The rear of the Main Hall has a covered veranda area that overlooks the lawn area which comes as part of the building hire.

The lawn can not be used for camping.

Reception Hall

Small entrance area at the front of the hall to allow storage of footwear & coats.

Pencarrow Meeting Room

Meeting room for 4-6 people with round conference table and chairs.

Ideal for small groups or as a leaders area when using the main hall for dining.

The Pencarrow room can only be accessed through the main hall and therefore can not be booked separately.

Toilets

To one side of the Molesworth Building are Toilet and wash facilities.

There is also a fully accessible disabled toilet and shower facility.

These toilets are for building and campers use, not solely restricted to hall users.
